The ultimate movie magic weekend is finally here with big international releases on the move and much-awaited Bollywood releases to go. From Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling starrer 'Barbie' to Christopher Nolan directorial 'Oppenheimer', the two much-anticipated Hollywood films clash is termed to be one of the biggest film clashes of the year.
Meanwhile, in the segment of OTT releases, Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor's 'Bawaal' has also paved its way on Prime Video on July 21, bringing you a plethora of options to choose from.
Talking about our first theater release 'Oppenheimer', the film marks the return of Hollywood director Christopher Nolan after three years as a heavyweight champion. The film's budget is reportedly touted to be around $100 million and has thus sold more than Rs 3 Lakh in advance ticket sales in the domestic market.

The tickets of 'Oppenheimer' are selling at an exorbitant price of around Rs 2,450 with a running time of three hours. The film is based on the life of Robert Oppenheimer who is also known as the 'Father of the atom bomb' and is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book 'American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J Robert Oppenheimer' written by Kai Bird and the later Martin J Sherwin. The film's cast includes Cillian Murphy, Robert Downy Jr, Emily Blunt, Florence Pugh, and Matt Damon in pivotal roles.
On the other hand, Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling's light-hearted 'Barbie' is a candy-coated directorial which cost around $145 million. The film has managed to sell around 2.91k on the first day and has a run time of less than two hours. The film is set to hit theaters on July 21 with a world of pink and white filled with fashion, grooming, and parties for you, amidst which Barbie finds herself having dark thoughts about death which starts a journey for something new.
