Oscar 2025: The 97th Academy Awards, also referred to as the Oscars, will take place on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in the famed Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. As one of Hollywood's most significant evenings, the awards event is anticipated by moviegoers worldwide to honor the achievements of their favorite actors.

Oscars 2025 will be hosted by Conan O'Brien, a comedian and Emmy Award-winning television host for the first time this year. Oprah Winfrey, Emma Stone, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr. and Zoe Saldaña are just a few of the well-known presenters that will be at the event.

Where To Watch Oscar 2025 In India?

The 97th Academy Awards will begin at 5:30 AM IST on Monday, March 3, 2025, for viewers in India. Live coverage of the awards ceremony will be available on Star Movies and Star Movies Select. The event is also available for viewers to watch live on Disney+ Hotstar.

Conan O'Brien, a comedian and Emmy Award-winning television host, will host the Oscars for the first time this year. Oprah Winfrey, Emma Stone, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., and Zoe Saldaña are just a few of the well-known presenters that will be at the event.

A wide variety of artists and films have been featured in the 2025 Oscar nominations. For her performance in Emilia Pérez, Karla Sofía Gascón became the first openly trans woman to receive an acting nomination. With 13 nominations, the movie is also in the lead, followed by Wicked and The Brutalist, each of which garnered 10.

Anuja, a movie supported by Guneet Monga and Priyanka Chopra, has garnered a historic nomination in the Best Live Action Short Film category, and all eyes are on it in India.
