The Boy And The Heron India Release: Japanese anime has gained a huge fan following around the world and its popularity has also reached India. Studio Ghibli's anime movie 'The Boy And The Heron' became one of the most successful anime movies of 2023 and will soon hit theatres in India. The production house, Warner Bros, has announced the release of 'The Boy And The Heron' in India and its official release date will also be released soon.

Announcing the release of 'The Boy And The Heron', Warner Bros India wrote on X, "India, the wait is over! The Academy Award Winner 'The Boy And The Heron' directed by Hayao Miyazaki, is coming soon to cinemas in INDIA! The highly anticipated animated movie will release in Japanese with English Subtitles and English Dubbed Versions."

The movie revolves around Mahito Maki, who moves to the countryside after his mother's death and finds an abandoned tower near his new home. His life takes a different turn when the young boy enters a fantastical world with a talking grey heron.

'The Boy And The Heron' won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature at the Oscars 2024. Directed and written by Hayao Miyazaki, the movie's Japanese voice cast includes Soma Santoki, Masaki Suda, Ko Shibasaki, Aimyon, Yoshino Kimura, Takuya Kimura, Kaoru Kobayashi, and Shinobu Otake.

In the English Dubbed version, Luca Padovan, Robert Pattinson, Karen Fukuhara, Gemma Chan, Christian Bale, Mark Hamill, Florence Pugh, Willem Dafoe, and Dave Bautista have lent their voice.
