Vidaamuyarchi (OTT platform and release date: Netflix, March 3)

The Tamil movie is about a married couple, who went on a trip but their life took an unexpected turn. His wife goes missing, which prompts the husband’s search while an unknown person creates an obstacle. The movie stars Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan, Regina Cassandra, Arjun Sarja, Arjun Das and Arun Vijay in key roles. The movie will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada languages on Netflix. 

Rekhachithram (OTT platform and release date: SonyLIV, March 7)

The Malayalam movie is about a suspended cop, who rejoins the station after a gambling scandal. He has been given a case to solve, a 40-year-old murder case with a faceless victim. The film features Asif Ali, Anaswara Rajan, Mammootty, Bhama Arun, Zarin Shihab and Siddique in pivotal roles. The movie will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada languages on SonyLIV. 

Dupahiya (OTT platform and release date: Prime Video, March 7)

The Hindi web series is about a village which prepares for its 25th anniversary of being crime-free when a prized motorbike vanishes. They are on a mission to search the bike. The web show stars Komal Kushwaha, Sparsh Shrivastava, Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane and Yashpal Sharma in key roles. 

Nadaaniyan (OTT platform and release date: Netflix, March 7)

The movie is about a Delhi socialite who hires a studious middle-class boy to pretend to be her boyfriend in her college. But soon, their relationship turned bitter. The movie stars Ibrahim Ali Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Mahima Chaudhry, Suniel Shetty, Jugal Hansraj and Dia Mirza in pivotal roles. 

The Waking of a Nation (OTT platform and release date: Sony LIV, March 7)

The web series is set against the backdrop of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, which took place on April 13, 1919. The show stars Sahil Mehta, Man Singh Karamati, Ananyabrata Chakravorty, Raj Jadon and Taaruk Raina in key roles. 

Thandel (OTT platform and release date: Netflix, March 7)

The Telugu movie is about a fisherman in Srikakulam, who gets caught by the Pakistan forces in international waters. The film stars Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi, Divya Pillai, Prakash Belawadi, Kishore Raju Vasishta and Kalpa Latha in key roles. It released in theatres on February 7, 2025.
