Kuberaa OTT Release: Dhanush, Nagarjuna and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Indian crime drama hit the screens across the nation on June 20. The film opened at the box office with positive reviews and good numbers. Kuberaa has collected Rs 65.25 crore after 6 days of release. Amid its theatrical run, there is a strong buzz about its digital release. Guess what? As per reports, the movie is expected to release sooner than the normal ticket window. Here is what we know.
According to several reports, Kuberaa is all set to stream on Amazon Prime Video from July 18. The OTT giant has acquired the streaming rights to the movie. The official announcement is yet to be made by the makers or the platform.

Kuberaa revolves around a man who undergoes a huge transformation as he turns more greedy and ambitious. He has to face challenges from the people he has come across in his transformational journey. The movie stars Dhanush, Rashmika Mandanna, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Sunaina Yella, Jim Sarbh, Bagavathi Perumal, Nassar, Saurav Khurana, Bhagyaraj, Dalip Tahil, Sayaji Shinde, Koushik Mahata, Hareesh Peradi, Col Ravi Sharma, Divya Dekate, Veeru Raw and Reddi Bhanu Prasad in key roles. It has been directed by Sekhar Kammula and produced by Suniel Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao and Ajay Kaikala. The runtime of the Telugu version is 181 minutes and 182 minutes in the Tamil version. It has been made on a budget of Rs 120 crore.

In a recent success part of Kuberaa, Dhanush appreciated Sekhar Kammula and stated that he changed the myth that only action movies bring the audience to theatres. He said at an event, “Slowly, slowly theatrical run is becoming a question mark, you know, to bring audience to theatre, you feel and people are under the impression, there is a myth that is being developed that you need an action spectacle, big film, big choppers flying everywhere, bombs blasting, blood everywhere, that's the kind of like you need people to come to the theatres. But you have given hope sir, you have given hope to so many filmmakers and for a theatrical run that with heart, just heart, you can bring people to the theatres.”
