Panchayat Season 5 CONFIRMED: Panchayat Season 5 has been formally revealed! Despite being saddened by the conclusion of Season 4, fans eagerly demanded the fifth season. The official news of the forthcoming season has thrilled many. Prime Video formally revealed Panchayat Season 5, which will be released in 2026. The series features a much-loved cast, including Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, Sanvikaa, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar, Ashok Pathak and Pankaj Jha. 

Panchayat Season 5 poster featured Sunita Rajwar's Krant Devi leading a line of all the main characters in the web series. At the end, Manju Devi, played by Neena Gupta, is shown holding a lauki. "Hi 5 Phulera wapas aane ki taiyyaari shuru kar lijiye #PanchayatOnPrime, New Season, Coming Soon," read the caption on announcement post.

Panchayat fans dropped theories, predicting Sachiv Ji's fate in Phulera village. One of the users wrote, "Ab ya toh sachivji ki sagai hogi ya admission." Another user wrote, " Dono hogi, Sachiv ji itne mehnat karte hai dono deserve karte hai." A user said, "Panchayat is like a sitcom with just basic story and more of situational comedy. Panchayat will go on easily 10 seasons+ because of its popularity and no wonder they will release season 5 next year."

For those who haven't seen it, Panchayat has continuously won praise from critics and won hearts since its 2018 premiere on Prime Video. In 2023, the 54th International Film Festival of India presented Season 2 with the first-ever Best Web Series (OTT) Award.

Panchayat Season 4 Ending

In the fourth season of Panchayat, Krant Devi became victorious in the election and assumed leadership of Phulera village. However, Manju Devi lost, and Pradhan Ji (Raghubir Yadav) was seen losing control and going crazy once the news was announced. In the meantime, Sachiv Ji (Jitendra Kumar) eventually passed the CAT exam and began to progressively explore his romantic relationship with Rinki from Sanvikaa.
