Son Of Sardaar 2 OTT Release Timeline Update: Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur starrer comedy movie released in theatres on August 1. The film had a huge hype after the trailer was released, but it could not match the buzz. Not only that, Son Of Sardaar 2 failed to perform like its prequel, which earned Rs 150.00 worldwide in 2012. This time, the sequel drastically failed at the ticket windows. After the box office failure, Son Of Sardaar 2 is the awaited movie to release on OTT.

Where To Expect Son Of Sardaar 2 Online?

As per a report by Gadgets 360, the movie is expected to be released around September 25 on Netflix. The release date is yet to be announced.

What Is The Plot Of Son Of Sardaar 2?

The movie is about Jassi, who travels to Scotland to reconcile with his wife. But he gets entangled in a mob conflict and a chaotic Sikh wedding. Now he has to save hostages and his marriage while navigating cultural chaos. Son Of Sardaar 2 features Ajay Devgn as Jaswinder Singh Randhawa, Mrunal Thakur as Rabia Akhtar, Ravi Kishan as Raja, Neeru Bajwa as Dimple, Deepak Dobriyal as Gul, Kubbra Sait as Mehwish, Chunky Panday as Danish and Sharat Saxena as Ranjit Singh in key roles. It has been written by Jagdeep Singh Sidhu and Mohit Jain. The mobie had a box office collection of Rs 65.75 crore.

Son Of Sardaar 2 has been directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, N.R. Pachisia and Pravin Talreja. The comedy movie has been composed by Jaani, Tanishk Bagchi, Harsh Upadhyay, DJ Chetas, Sunny Vik, Amar Mohile and Salil Amrute.

During a conversation on The Great Indian Kapil Show, Ajay Devgn talked about working with Ravi Kishan and said, “Ravi got so engrossed in his Laptaa Ladies character. After Son Of Sardaar 2, we are also doing Dhamaal 4, and both are comedy films. Lapataa Ladies is a serious film. So when he came on the sets of Son of Sardaar 2, he was doing comedy also very seriously, then I asked him to open up a little. It took him half a day to open up. Then he said, ‘After Lapataa Ladies, I have started taking myself very seriously.'”
