Subham OTT Release Date OUT: Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s debut production movie Subham is all set to make its digital premiere. The Telugu horror-comedy, which hit theatres on 9th May 2025, received a warm response from both critics and audiences. The actress had earlier shared her excitement on Instagram while sharing the teaser, “Presenting to you our little labour of love. A small team with big dreams… We truly hope you enjoy our film and may this be the start of something truly special!”

OTT platform JioHotstar officially announced the digital release date on X (formerly Twitter), with the caption, “This June 13th, katha aarambham on JioHotstar. Chacchina choodalsindhe #SubhamOnJioHotstar.” With its upcoming OTT release, Subham is expected to reach a wider audience and continue its successful run. Telugu movie Subham is slated to release on May 13, 2025 on JioHotstar.

Telugu Movie Subham Cast

Subham features a relatively fresh cast including Harshith Malgireddy, Shriya Kontham, Charan Peri, Shalini Kondepudi, Gavireddy Srinivas, and Shravani. The movie is directed by Praveen Kandregula and written by Vasanth Mariganti. The movie blends horror and comedy in a way that brings something new to Telugu cinema.

About Telugu Movie Subham

Subham’s trailer opens with a group of husbands proudly claiming control over their wives, setting the tone for traditional male-centred thinking. But things soon take a strange turn when the bride becomes obsessed with a television serial, showing a wild and intense side that shocks everyone.

She will next appear in the web series Rakt Barhmand: The Bloody Kingdom alongside Aditya Roy Kapur. With the positive reception to Subham, Samantha’s production house seems to have had a strong start.
