Danish Taimoor, an actor from Pakistan, recently caused a stir when he discussed polygamy in front of his wife, Ayeza Khan. He stated that Allah has granted him the right to get married four times, and no one can take this away from him. Danish Taimoor has now spoken up and responded to the criticism after receiving a great deal of trolling.

Danish Taimoor Defends His Polygamy Remark

Danish Taimoor revealed that he and his wife Ayeza were giggling while reading the comments on the Pakistani show Mehfil-e-Ramazan. "Jaisa ki maine kaha tha ki mujhe 4 shaadiyon ki ijaazat hai, lekin main kar nahi raha kyunki filhaal mujhe pyaar hai apni biwi se. Aur main aaj bhi ispar qayam hoon, " he said. 

Danish Taimoor added that the reason he used the word 'filhaal' was because he didn't know if he would be alive or dead when he went out again. "Yeh jo lafz hai na ‘hamesha, hamesha koi nahi reh sakta," he added.

Danish Taimoor had Ayeza Khan as a guest during one of the Mehfil-e-Ramzan episodes. His exact words were - "Mujhe ijazat hai chaar shaadiyon ki, main kar nahi raha hoon, voh alag baat hai. Lekin yeh ijazat mujhe Allah ne di hai, jo koi mujhse cheen nahi sakta. Lekin voh mera pyaar hai, respect hai Ayeza ke liye ki main filhaal zindagi inhi ke saath guzarna chahta hoon."

Many people on the internet saw his remarks as 'toxic,' and they expressed sympathy for his wife, Ayeza Khan.

Meanwhile, Danish Taimoor and Ayeza Khan were married in 2014 after a six-year courtship. They have two children, a son named Rayan Taimoor and a daughter, Hoorain Taimoor. On the professional front, he has appeared in television series such as Ab Dekh Khuda Kya Karta Hai, Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi, and Jaan Nisar.
