Panchayat 3 OTT Release Date Out!

Amazon Prime Video took to its Instagram handle and wrote, “You moved the laukis, we unlocked your reward! #PanchayatOnPrime S3, May 28.”

According to Prime Video's post, Panchayat 3 will make its premiere on May 28, 2024.

About Panchayat 3

The series centers on the journey of a young engineering graduate from an urban background who finds himself out of his element when he takes a job in a rural setting. After finishing his degree, he lands a modest-paying job as the secretary of the Gram Panchayat in Phulera, a secluded village in Uttar Pradesh. Unfamiliar with rural customs and village life, the series follows his adjustment and experiences as he navigates this new world.

‘Panchayat’ debuted on Amazon Prime Video on April 3, 2020, and received largely positive reviews. Critics praised its performances, script, direction, and production values, noting its unique rural setting, a departure from TVF's usual urban-focused projects. The second season was set to release on May 20, 2022, but all episodes were unexpectedly released two days early. This season, the character Abhishek becomes more involved in village politics and development while preparing for the CAT exam.
