Panchayat Season 4: The much-loved Amazon Prime Video series Panchayat is set to return with its fourth season, much to the excitement of its fans. The series' director, Deepak Kumar Mishra, recently confirmed that production for Season 4 has officially begun. Following the gripping conclusion of Season 3, viewers are eagerly anticipating what’s next for the residents of Phulera village.
Deepak Kumar Mishra has revealed that the writing for several episodes of Season 4 is already complete. According to the director, the team never really takes a break between seasons. He mentioned that "Season 4 writing has begun," and noted that they have already penned three or four episodes. As per News18, in a promising update, Mishra also hinted at the possibility of a fifth season, stating, "We have considered producing Seasons 4 and 5 thus far. We have a clear vision for Season 4 and a more expansive plan for Season 5."
Given the pattern of previous releases—Season 1 in 2020, followed by Season 2 in 2022, and Season 3 in 2024—fans can expect Panchayat Season 4 to premiere in 2026. This two-year gap between seasons has become a hallmark of the series, allowing time for careful planning and execution.

Season 4 of Panchayat is expected to delve into unresolved questions from the previous season. Key mysteries, such as the identity of Pradhan Ji’s attacker and whether Abhishek will finally pass the CAT exam, are anticipated to be addressed.
The upcoming season will also focus on the Panchayat elections, a pivotal event that will determine the next Pradhan of Phulera Gram Panchayat. Additionally, new characters introduced in Season 3 are likely to play significant roles in the evolving storyline, adding fresh dynamics to the beloved series.
