Bollywood diva Parineeti Chopra tied the knot with Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha on September 24 in Rajasthan’s Udaipur. The duo got married at the Leela Palace in Udaipur, and also hosted a wedding reception for their guests later in the evening. However, Parineeti Chopra’s sister, Priyanka Chopra missed the grand affair for unknown reasons. Now, after attending the ceremony in Udaipur, Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra revealed the real reason for Priyanka Chopra’s absence from the wedding.
Madhu Chopra was spotted with son Siddharth Chopra and was seen indulging in a conversation with the paparazzi. As the paps asked her the real reason for Priyanka’s absence she said, “Kaam Kar Rahe Hai.” According to a report in News18, Madhu Chopra was also asked about her experience at the wedding and all about Parineeti’s wedding look. Madhu Chopra then said, “Waise Hi Khoobsurat Hai, Aur Bhi Achi Lag Rahi Thi.”

As Priyanka Chopra was not able to attend the wedding, she congratulated the couple for their wedding and posted a happy message on Instagram. On Saturday, Priyanka Chopra shared a picture on Instagram and wrote, “I hope you are as happy and as content as this on your big day little one...Always wishing you so much love...#Newbeginnings."

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha confirmed the relationship rumours on May 13, as the duo exchanged rings at the Kapurthala House in Delhi. The ceremony was attended by Priyanka Chopra, as the actress flew all the way from New York, to attend her little sister’s engagement affair and blessed the happy couple.
