The sudden and tragic passing of South Korean singer Park Bo Ram at the age of 30 has left fans in mourning. Known for her soulful music, Park Bo Ram was a beloved figure in the industry. Following her death, rumours began circulating online, with many speculating that it was a suicide. However, her talent agency, XANADU Entertainment, has now clarified the situation.

On April 15, her agency released a statement announcing details of Park Bo Ram's funeral and requesting fans to refrain from spreading false rumours. The agency confirmed that an autopsy performed on April 15 showed no signs of homicide or suicide. The exact cause of death will be communicated to the family at a later date.

Park Bo Ram's funeral is scheduled to take place on April 17 at 3:00 PM KST in room 21 of the Funeral Home located at Asan Medical Center. The burial procession will follow at Seoul Memorial Park on the same day. The agency has asked fans to pray for Park Bo Ram's peaceful rest, acknowledging her unwavering passion for music and her dream.

Park Bo Ram rose to fame through Mnet's audition show Superstar K2 in 2010. She achieved her first breakthrough in 2014 with her song Beautiful and went on to deliver several hit OSTs, including Hyehwadong (Or Ssangmundong) for Reply 1988 and Please Say Something, Even Though It Is a Lie for W - Two Worlds. At the time of her passing, Park Bo Ram was preparing for a comeback to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her debut, showcasing her enduring love for music.

Her agency has also warned against circulating false reports and speculative claims, threatening legal action against those who spread misinformation. The agency's statement aims to protect the privacy and dignity of Park Bo Ram and her family during this difficult time.
