Shah Rukh Khan’s blockbuster actioner Pathaan is all set to stream on digital platforms. The film, which was released on January 25, 2023, will be making its OTT debut this week.
Starring Shah Rukh Khan in and as Pathaan, the movie also features Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead roles and has been directed by Siddharth Anand. The film’s plot revolves around an exiled RAW agent who teams up with ISI agent Rubina Mohsin to take down Jim, a former RAW agent planning to spread a deadly lab-generated virus across India.
Pathaan OTT Release Date
On Monday, OTT giant Amazon Prime Video announced that Pathaan will be streaming on their platform. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages from March 22, 2023 at 12 AM.

Shah Rukh Khan recently took to his Twitter account to thank the audiences for their love and support for the film. Taking to his social media account, the actor wrote, ““ITS NOT THE BUSINESS….ITS STRICTLY PERSONAL”. Making ppl smile & entertaining them is our business & if we don’t take it personally….it will never fly. Thanks to all who gave Pathaan love & all who worked on the film & proved ki mehnat lagan aur bharosa abhi Zinda Hai.Jai Hind.”
Pathaan has grossed over Rs 1050 crore worldwide and has become the fifth highest grossing film in the history of Indian cinema. The film also achieved the feat of becoming the first Hindi film to cross the Rs 500 crore mark in India and is now the highest grossing Hindi film of all time.
Speaking about the super success of Pathaan, Deepika Padukone said in an interview how everyone wanted Shah Rukh Khan to deliver a big box-office success.
“Everyone came from the same place of wanting this man, who is part of our pop culture, to succeed. But for me, it is also my personal relationship with him that wants the best for him. I wanted the film to do well for him professionally as well as for his family,” Deepika Padukone told India Today in an interview.
