JE Entertainment Desk: Ponniyin Selvan II created waves across the globe after its grand theatrical release. The 2023 Indian Tamil-language epic historical action-adventure film has been directed by ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam who co-wrote it with Elango Kumaravel and B. Jeyamohan.

The movie was released in theatres worldwide on 28 April 2023 in standard, IMAX, 4DX, and EPIQ formats, receiving positive reviews from film critics who praised the direction, music, visuals, and performances of the cast, as well as a satisfying conclusion to the saga, despite being deemed inferior to its predecessor. Despite failing to match the commercial success of its predecessor, Part 2 grossed over 150 crores overseas in just three days.

Where To Watch PS 2?

Mani Ratman's Ponniyin Selvan 2 is finally out and one can watch it on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. Prime Video announced via its Instagram handle and wrote, "Step into the world of grandeur and intrigue as this epic saga continues! #PS2onPrime, watch now.."

Rumours were rife that Ponniyin Selvan 2 will be available for rental, but that was not true. Anyone who has a subscription to Amazon Prime Videos can watch PS 2 at home.
