Priyanka Chopra has been dominating the headlines for her upcoming much-anticipated web series, Citadel. The actor recently promoted the movie in Rome with her husband-singer Nick Jonas. Amid all this, she also garnered attention over the disappearance of her Twitter blue tick, which has now been restored.

Priyanka had displayed indifference to the situation when her blue verification check vanished by tweeting that she still felt the same. Now, on Sunday, she took to her Twitter handle and wrote, "Woah! Dunno how but the blue tick is back. I’m Priyanka again!" She also added a winking emoticon to her tweet.

Soon after her tweet went viral, her fans chimed into the comments section and dropped reactions. A Twitter user wrote, "congratulations priyanka now again you r big star," another one commented, "You're the real achiever Priyanka ji. Blue tick is nothing in front of your persona. It's good that you have it whether you paid for it or not," a user also wrote, "It's because you have subscribed to Twiter Blue. In other words you have made the payment," and others also dropped hilarious reactions.

Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan's Twitter blue tick was also restored, after which he headed to his Twitter handle and wrote, "T 4623- Hey Twitter Are you listening? Now I have given the money too… so that blue lotus is there, right, put it back brother, so that people know that we are the ones – Amitabh Bachchan. I am folding my hands, should I fall at your feet now?"

Other celebrities whose blue ticks were restored are Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan, cricketers Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, and more.
