Priyanka Chopra is ringing in the festive spirit of Christmas a little early this year as she took to her Instagram story on December 12 and shared her preparations for the holiday season. She wrote “Grateful” and shared a picture of her Christmas decorations at home. The image exudes warmth as it shows her fireplace corner decorated with fairy lights, baubles, holly and ivy and the quintessential Santa socks hung along.
Priyanka Chopra recently shared a post on her Instagram account by UNICEF which quoted its executive director, Catherine Russell. The post stated that given the increasing death toll of children in Palestine due to Israeli bombardments, "children need a lasting humanitarian ceasefire". Chopra has been a UNICEF goodwill ambassador since 2016 and has been actively working towards promoting education for girls in India.
This serves as a reminder to responsibly bring in the Christmas cheer and care for one another. The ‘Citadel’ actor has started the Christmas decorations hinting at an intimate celebration with her family. She is going to celebrate her fifth Christmas with her husband Nick Jonas and the second with her daughter Maltie Marie Chopra Jonas. The previous year she celebrated the festival in New Jersey.
