 Amelia Kerr has gone to MI for ₹3 Cr. UPW and MI get into a bidding war, and the price goes to the ₹1 Cr mark, and eventually MI come out on top after UPA take it to ₹2 Cr.

UPW have gone for the RTM option and the bid goes up to ₹3.2 Cr! UPW sign her, after beating DC in this bidding war!

Next up, Sophie Devine. RCB and GG are bidding and it has gone to 60 lakhs. She has a base price of ₹50 lakhs. GG take it to ₹80 lakhs, and RCB respond with ₹85 lakhs. GG comeback with 90. RCB take it to ₹95 lakhs and GG say ₹1 crore. ALL DONE, NOT YET! DC take it to ₹1.10 Cr. GG comeback at 1.20 and DC get into the bidding war! It crosses ₹1.50Cr. DC take it to ₹1.90Cr! GG take it to ₹2Cr, and DC don't respond! ALL DONE! DEVINE TO GG FOR RS 2CR!

Initially, there were 277 players in the auction, and then Jonassen pulled out due to injury. Now there are 82 overseas players and 194 Indians.

 Alyssa Healy could command a hefty price in today’s WPL auction thanks to her explosive batting record. In 17 matches, she has amassed 430 runs at an average of 26.75 and a strike rate above 130, including three fifties and a top score of 96*. Her aggressive style and ability to change games single-handedly make her one of the most sought-after overseas stars in the auction.

Sophie Ecclestone could emerge as the most expensive overseas pick in today’s WPL auction, given her proven impact with UP Warriorz. Over three seasons, she has claimed 36 wickets in 25 matches at an impressive average of 18.38, including a four-wicket haul. Her consistency, experience, and ability to control games with the ball make her a highly coveted asset for any franchise looking to strengthen their bowling attack.
