Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas welcomed their first daughter together, Malti Marie, in January 2022 via surrogacy. Their daughter was in the NICU for more than 100 days. In an interview with Elle Magazine USA, Priyanka Chopra revealed that she was close to losing her daughter many times.
Priyanka also said that Malti Marie is a smiley and happy baby and she just wants to see her daughter 'joyous'. “I don’t even know how I’ll ever discipline her because I just don’t have it in me. I was so close to losing her so many times that she can get away with anything and I just want to see her happy. I want her to be the happiest. She’s a super smiley, happy baby, and that’s all my goal is—to see her joyous,” Priyanka told Elle Magazine USA.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were accompanied by their daughter when the couple was in India. Priyanka visited the 'Siddhivinayak Temple' in Mumbai with her daughter. Sharing the pictures, Priyanka wrote, "MM’s first trip to India had to be completed with Shree Siddhivinayak’s blessings."

Priyanka Chopra's Work Front:
On the work front, Priyanka will star in 'Citadel' which will release on Prime Video on April 28. Apart from Priyanka, the web series also stars Richard Madden. The series has already been renewed for a second season and the first season will have six episodes. Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra will be seen as Citadel agents Mason Kane and Nadia Singh respectively.

Priyanka will also be seen in a romantic-drama 'Love Again' alongside Sam Heughan. The movie will release on May 12. Celine Dion has released a song for the movie and said that she had a lot of fun doing this movie. It is also Celine Dion's first song since her 2019 album 'Courage'.
"I had a lot of fun doing this movie. And to have the privilege of appearing with the beautiful and talented actors Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Sam Heughan in my very first feature film is a gift that I will cherish forever," she said in a statement.
'Love Again' is a romantic drama film directed by Jim Strouse. The movie revolves around a woman trying to cope with the death of her fiance. She sends texts to her fiance's old number but remains unaware that the number has been assigned to someone else.
Meanwhile, Priyanka will also star in 'Jee Le Zaraa' along with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. The movie will be directed by Farhan Akhtar.
