The highly anticipated movie Pushpa 2 starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna has been creating a buzz since its announcement in 2022. Directed by Sukumar, the film is set to hit theatres on August 15, 2024. As the excitement builds up, the makers have planned a big surprise for fans - the release of its first song.
According to a report by Telugu 360, the first song from Pushpa 2: The Rule is set to be released in the first week of May. The song, composed by Chandra Bose and sung by Devi Sri Prasad, is expected to explore Allu Arjun's character, Pushpa Raj, in the movie.
Earlier this month, the makers of Pushpa 2 released a teaser on Allu Arjun's birthday, giving fans a glimpse of what to expect. In the teaser, Allu Arjun was seen in a striking avatar, dressed in a saree with his face painted in shades of blue and red, sporting heavy traditional jewellery, and beating up goons.

Apart from Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, the film is also rumoured to feature Samantha Ruth Prabhu in a cameo role, with Sanjay Dutt making a special appearance.
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Rashmika Mandanna promised that Pushpa 2 would be "bigger" than ever. She said, "We gave some madness in the first film, in part 2, we know we have a responsibility because people have so much expectation from the film. We are constantly and consciously trying to deliver that."

The theatrical rights for Pushpa 2 have reportedly been acquired by Anil Thadani for a whopping Rs 200 crore. There are also reports suggesting that the makers are demanding Rs 1000 crores or more for the theatrical rights deal for all languages, making it one of the most anticipated films of the year.
With the release of the first song just around the corner, the excitement for Pushpa 2: The Rule is at an all-time high. Fans can't wait to see Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna set the screen on fire once again.
