Pushpa 2 OTT Rights Sold: After a year-long anticipation, the makers of Pushpa 2: The Rule unveiled the highly-awaited teaser of the film featuring Allu Arjun. The upcoming action-packed Telugu-language drama is directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. Allu Arjun takes on the lead role, with Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna reprising their characters from the preceding film. This installment serves as the sequel to 'The Rise' and is the second part of the Pushpa series.
Since its debut, the teaser has taken social media by storm, enthralling both fans and celebrities. Scheduled for release later this year, it has been revealed that the filmmakers invested approximately Rs 60 crore to film a six-minute scene, which took 30 days to complete. Reportedly, the scene involves a Gangamma Jatara performance and a fight sequence.

Reports indicate that Pushpa 2 boasts a budget of Rs 500 crore. The film has already secured worldwide music rights and Hindi satellite rights, selling them to T-Series for Rs 60 crore. Netflix has purportedly obtained digital streaming rights for Rs 100 crore. However, the makers have yet to confirm or comment on these reports.
Additionally, if reports are to be believed, Star Maa has acquired the Telugu satellite rights, although the exact amount remains undisclosed.

'Pushpa: The Rule' emerges as one of the most eagerly awaited releases of the year. Recently, the film's crew filmed scenes featuring the leading lady, Rashmika Mandanna, offering a glimpse from the serene Yaganti Temple in Andhra Pradesh. Earlier, Allu Arjun wrapped up his portions of the shoot in Vizag before returning to Hyderabad.
This film marks Allu Arjun's fourth collaboration with filmmaker Sukumar, following their successful ventures together in the Arya franchise and the previous installment released in 2021 titled 'Pushpa: The Rise'. With a stellar cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Jagapathi Babu, Fahadh Faasil, Prakash Raj, Sunil, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, and numerous other actors in significant roles.
