Raayan Box Office Collection Day 1: Dhanush's highly anticipated 50th film premiered in theaters on July 26, and has made a remarkable debut. The action-packed movie, which has been released in both Tamil and Telugu, has garnered significant attention and is showing strong early performance. The film boasts a stellar cast including SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Aparna Balamurali, Dushara Vijayan, Prakash Raj, and Saravanan, along with some surprising cameos.

Fans have welcomed this milestone in Dhanush's career, and Raayan has achieved a phenomenal opening with impressive occupancy rates for its morning shows. On its opening day, Raayan grossed approximately ₹12.5 crore net in India across all languages. The film saw a significant Tamil occupancy rate of 58.65%, with the highest attendance during the night shows at 79.99%. The morning, afternoon, and evening shows had occupancies of 48.52%, 50.70%, and 55.37%, respectively. In contrast, the Telugu occupancy was lower at 26.23%, and the Hindi occupancy was minimal at just 7.10%.

Raayan has already surpassed $175K in North American box office earnings, marking a strong performance in the region. The film continues to gain momentum and attract audiences.

Raayan has been produced with a total budget of ₹90 crore, including promotional expenses. The film is being showcased on approximately 1,600 screens globally, highlighting its wide release and extensive reach.

It follows the journey of a naive man who, in his quest to avenge his family's murder, becomes entangled in the criminal underworld. This gripping revenge drama showcases Dhanush's directorial skills through a compelling screenplay and features a captivating background score by AR Rahman, which has notably impressed fans.
