Raid 2 Trailer Out: Amay Patnaik, played by Ajay Devgn, is back in action to take down another corrupt personality. This time, it is a powerful politician portrayed by Riteish Deshmukh. The intriguing trailer showcased how Patnaik faces challenges to uncover the real truth of the politician. Vaani Kapoor has roped into play the role of Amay Patnaik’s wife in part 2. Saurabh Shukla to intsenfy the storyline with his powerful presence. Ajay Devgn unveiled the trailer of Raid 2 on his social media handles and wrote, “Ek taraf satta, dusri taraf sach - Yeh RAID ab aur badi ho chuki hai. 💵💥 #Raid2 Trailer out now. 🔗: Link in bio. Knocking in cinemas on 1st May, 2025.”

About Raid 2

The story is about Indian Revenue Service Officer Amay Patnaik, who seized black money of Rs 4200 crore in his raid till then. Now, he conducts a raid on a corrupt politician’s premises (played by  Riteish Deshmukh. The film stars Ajay Devgn as Amay Patnaik, an IRS (IT) officer, Riteish Deshmukh as Dada Bhai (corrupt politician), Vaani Kapoor, Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla as Rameshwar Singh, Supriya Pathak and Amit Sial in key roles. It has been written by Ritesh Shah and directed by Raj Kumar Gupta. Raid 2 has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak. The crime thriller is set to be released in theatres on May 1, 2025. According to reports, the movie is made on a budget of Rs 48 crore.
