Rakhi Sawant’s lawyer, Falguni Brahmabhatt, strongly criticised Adil Khan Durrani for dismissing the actress' hospitalisation as a 'drama.' Recently, it was revealed that following multiple examinations, doctors detected a tumour in Rakhi's uterus and she might be suffering from cancer, but they are awaiting additional test results for confirmation. Amid this, Adil alleged that Rakhi is fabricating her condition to avoid jail in the leaked video case. Now, Falguni Brahmabhatt provided an update on actress' health and refuted Adil's allegations as baseless.
"Rakhi has medical issues, no doubt about it. Whatever Adil is saying that is what he is thinking. He believes that because the court date is coming near, Rakhi is spreading rumours. But that is not true, she is undergoing treatment and shall undergo surgery soon. She has fibrosis, there will be another checkup with the gynaec for what are the other issues. And yes, she also has heart issues. Rakhi had anxiety, chest pain and palpitations," Falguni told E-Times.
Further, Rakhi's lawyer emphasised that the actress has no intention of evading legal obligations. She stated that Rakhi will present herself before the court within the next three days, affirming that she has no intention of fleeing. "She will move court within a two-three days’ time. As the date is coming closer, as her advocates we will take legal steps to ensure that her legal procedures or compliance are made. The directions of the Supreme Court will be followed. It is not that she is running away, Rakhi has already instructed us and we shall take legal steps at the appropriate time. She will be back very soon."
Falguni also accused Adil of spreading lies for publicity, She stated, "Adil is just trying to grab publicity in this, he had mentioned that last year he did all the tests. He wasn’t even there, for 6 months he was in jail. He wasn’t even there with Rakhi when she went for her medical tests. And even if he was there with her then anyone could have a medical emergency, she would have been alright last year, but she could also have a medical emergency, you cannot determine something that happens all of a sudden."

What Adil said?
While her fans expressed concern about her health, Adil alleged that Rakhi was creating drama to escape jail. Also, he claimed that doctors haven't said anything, nor she suffered a heart attack. "Doctors haven’t said anything. We don’t know which hospital she is in. If it is a heart attack, I think patients generally need oxygen masks but she (Rakhi Sawant) does not have that too. She is doing this only because she has to surrender to cops soon. This is only a drama to escape going to jail."
