The highly anticipated Telugu film Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, has had its release date postponed. Initially set for a Christmas launch this year, the film will now debut around Sankranthi next year. The announcement came from Sri Venkateswara Creations via a video shared on social media.

Producer Dil Raju expressed gratitude to the team behind Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film Vishwambhara for accommodating this new schedule. He explained that the delay was due to distribution-related factors. In the video, Raju mentioned that the Game Changer team is on track to complete the remaining post-production work by December. He also teased fans with the promise of a teaser release coming soon.

Game Changer marks Kiara Advani's third film in Telugu cinema and her first collaboration with Ram Charan. Directed by Shankar, the movie features a strong supporting cast, including SJ Suryah, Anjali, Jayaram, Sreekanth, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Sunil and Nassar. The plot centres around an IAS officer striving to eradicate corruption from the political system, a story crafted by Karthik Subbaraj.

Fans have already been treated to two singles from the film. The first, Jaragandi, is an upbeat dance number featuring both leads, while the second, Raa Macha Macha, is a folk song filmed in a single shot. With a production budget of around Rs 400 crore, trade analysts anticipate that Game Changer will make a significant impact at the box office upon its release.
