South actor Akhil Akkineni's 'Agent' is one of the most anticipated films of 2022 in Tollywood. The actor will be seen for the first time in an intense action role, whereas earlier Nagarjuna's youngest son was always known for his 'chocolate boy' image.

As the film is all set to release on April 28, the promotions of the film are going to full extent with bringing superstar Ram Charan on board. The makers of the film have released a special video featuring Ram Charan and Akhil Akkineni, where Ram Charan was seen in his cop avatar and Akhil Akkineni as 'Agent' starting the countdown to the film's big release.

On Thursday, Akhil Akkineni took to his Twitter and shared a video with Ram Charan launching the big ticket of 'Agent' in 'Wild Saala Style.' The 'RRR' star got into his 'Dhruva' film's character, released in 2016, playing the role of a police officer.

In the video, Ram Charan can be seen asking Akhil, "Are you ready?", to which he replies, "Of course Dhruva, this is my wildest mission." Next, Ram Charan can be seen saying, "Let's begin the wild ride," where next the duo launches the big ticket openings of 'Agent' in theaters.

Sharing the video on his Twitter, Akhil Akkineni wrote, "Couldn't think of a WILDER WAY to Launch the BIG TICKET… Thank you my brother… This one is very special to me… @AlwaysRamCharan. #Agent From Tomorrow. #AgentWildRideBegins."

For the unversed, Akhil Akkineni and Ram Charan share a close friendship for years. During the promotions of 'Agent', the actor often spoke about his bond with Ram Charan. According to a report on Pinkvilla, Akhil Akkineni said, "Ram Charan is my 3 a.m. friend. He's more than just a friend. Our bonding is more than that. I have a handful of friends and some people are very special, and Charan is right up there."

Talking about Akhil Akkineni's 'Agent', the film is generating a huge buzz ahead of its release, where Akhil Akkineni's half-brother Naga Chaitanya also has a small cameo in the film, where the pics from the sets of the duo went viral immediately.

In 'Agent', Akhil Akkineni has broken the image of a chocolate boy and will be seen in a completely new action-rugged avatar. The actor will be playing the role of a rogue agent committed to serving the nation.
