New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: Randeep Hooda, who often takes to social media to share thought on the climate change and preservation of the wildlife, has shared a gut-wrenching video of a leopard gravely injured in a road accident.

In the video, an injured leopard can be seen trying to get on its feet but fails to do so. It drags his body to a bike nearby and tries to bite the tire, which could be the vehicle which caused its accident.

Sharing the video on micro-blogging site, Hooda wrote, '‘Yesterday it was leopard, today a elephant. These #roadkills will keep happening, rather they will increase with time. Robust mitigation measures on proposed and existing projects is a must. #SaveWildlife."

In his post the actor tagged the official handles of Prakash Javdekar, Nitin Gadkari, and another Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways officials.

Replying to the tweet, a user wrote, "Couldn’t agree more. We don’t deserve this ecosystem. We have ruined it and we’re capable of ruining many more planets if we manage to inhabit them."
