Parents-to-be Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were spotted at a polling booth in Mumbai to exercise their right to vote. The actors became the talk of the town since Deepika flaunted her baby bump for the first time on the same day. Today, Ranveer dropped a picture of his grandfather on social media and urged people to vote. Sharing the photo, the superstar also revealed that his granddad is 93 years old but still he voted despite severe heat and old age. 

Taking to his Instagram account, Ranveer wrote “93yrs old. 93°F outside. But he voted. He’s a voter! My Rockstar Nana #EveryVoteCounts”

After he posted the picture, people started appreciating him and his grandfather. Many of them even confused him with his granddad. A user wrote, “I thought he was ranveer lol.” Another said, “Istg, I thought it was Ranveer himself in disguise.” “I thought ranveer singh went out to vote on Nana's look,”said a fan. 

A comment read, “It's really Rocky Randhawa at 93. Mark my words.” A fan said, “He's a rockstar🔥, the whole family seems like age is just a number to her.” A comment read, “For a sec I thought he was Hrithik Roshan disguised as that old guy in dhoom 2.”

On the work front, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. The movie also stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. Singham Again is all set to release in theatres on 15 August this year. Apart from this, he is also working on Don 3: The Final Chapter. Earlier, the director of Don 3, Farhan Akhtar shared his expectations from Ranveer Singh in the movie. He told Variety, “I’m really excited Ranveer’s on board. He’s so charged and so ready to go. It’s a big film, just purely from the point of view of an actor, it’s a big thing to do, and we’re really excited to have him on board. His energy is energizing us, so to speak.” The film also stars Kiara Advani in the lead.
