Dhanush, Rashmika Mandanna and Nagarjuna Akkineni are set to collaborate in a multi-starrer project titled '#DNS.' The film will be directed by National Award-winning director Sekhar Kammula and produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao in association with Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. The project was officially launched in Hyderabad with a pooja ceremony.

Attended by Suniel, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, Bharat Narang, Jhanvi Narang, and others, the regular shooting commenced on January 17. The team started filming crucial scenes with Dhanush on the first day of the shoot, with a scheduled plan for the entire month. Rashmika is playing the leading lady in the movie.

Niketh Bommi has been selected as the cinematographer for the project. The remaining cast and crew details are yet to be announced. The movie is planned to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. The film is produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas and presented by Sonali Narang. Ramakrishna Sabbani and Monika Nigotre will be responsible for production design.

Apart from this, Sekhar Kammula's previous films, 'Fidaa' and 'Love Story,' enjoyed immense success, heightening expectations for his upcoming project.

Dhanush, on the other hand, was recently seen in 'Captain Miller', which was released in Tamil on January 12. Additionally, the actor is actively involved in writing and directing his 50th project, tentatively titled #D50. The film boasts a star-studded cast, including Nithya Menen, SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and others in pivotal roles. Nagarjuna's film 'Naa Saami Ranga' was released on January 14 and garnered a positive response. Currently, the actor is in the process of considering various scripts and has not yet finalised his next projects. And Rashmika, last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Animal,' has upcoming projects like 'Rainbow,' 'The Girlfriend' and 'Chaava'. Additionally, she will be reprising her role as Srivalli in Sukumar's 'Pushpa: The Rule' alongside Allu Arjun.
