Rekha Makes Fun Of Kapil Sharma’s English Using Amitabh Bachchan’s Dialogue

Rekha recently appeared in The Great Indian Kapil Show. The episode has been going viral on social media for its quirky fun conversation between Kapil Sharma and Rekha. The veteran actress talked about several aspects of her life including flaunting her age proudly. She teased the audience with her age as she turned 70 years old last month and said, “Did you hear properly? I said I’m 17 years old.” She then used an unconventional English word which made the comedian speechless. 

Rekha said, “Jokes apart, that’s my warped-up sense of humour.” She then again teased Kapil with his English speaking skills and said, “Warped-up sense of humour, get it?” He then confessed that he didn’t know the meaning of the word. “You should have learned English by now.” Kapil then added, “I have learned a lot, ma’am but…” Rekha said, “I know, I know, you can talk English, you can walk English.” (She referred to Amitabh Bachchan’s dialogue from 1982 movie Namak Halaal). The comedian joked, “Your English is a bit expensive.” Rekha replied, “I’m also learning the expensive Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.”
