Rhea Chakraborty's Return To TV

"Purane Khat" serves as Rhea's second venture since her comeback to the entertainment industry. Earlier, it was revealed that she would assume the role of a gang leader in the reality TV series Roadies Season 19. Alongside fellow judges Prince Narula and Gautam Gulati, the Jalebi actress will lead a gang of contestants and like the previous season, Sonu Sood will take on the hosting responsibilities.

However, as per recent reports, it appears that the dynamics between the three gang leaders - Prince, Gautam, and Rhea - on the nineteenth season of Roadies may not be perfect. Gautam and Prince are allegedly concerned about facing backlash on social media due to Rhea's participation in the show.

Consequently, they have refused to shoot alongside Rhea Chakraborty. It will certainly be intriguing to witness the outcome for Rhea as she takes on the role of leading the gangs for the first time in Roadies.

Previously, Rhea had taken to social media to say that she's happy to be back on sets. "It's been a long waiting game. Being back on set, back to work is a joy I can't describe. Heart full of gratitude, raring to go. Thank you to all of you for your love and support. Times have been hard, but your love has been real. BRB - crying happy tears."
