Riddhima Kapoor Sahni made her onscreen debut with the Netflix show Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives alongside new entrants like Shalini Passi and Kalyani Saha Chawla. Sahni recently talked about her relationship with sister-in-law Alia Bhatt and how she tries to make efforts to be part of the Kapoor family. The star further mentioned that how the family manages time with Bollywood superstars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The duo got married in an intimate ceremony in April 2022. 

In an interview with Galatta India, Riddhima said “We are very comfortable being around each other. We give them their space. We don’t call them up every single day.” She further highlighted that Alia consistently makes “a lot of effort with the family”.

Sahni also expressed her affection towards her sister-in-law. She added, “We love her, we are there for her anytime. So this happened very naturally, this love. Nothing was forced upon. It is a very natural bonding.”

In the same interview, Alia shared a fun voice message where she revealed that Riddhima is the biggest gossip expert in the Kapoor family. She said, “If there’s anyone who knows all the khabar in the world, it’s Riddhima. She casually drops the biggest gossip bombs.” 

“But, she is also the most kindest, loving, generous human being who only has love to give. She is also the most entertaining and fabulous bua (aunt) who has taught Raha all kinds of things. Thanks to you, I am doing ‘Uma Joshi ye ye ye’ almost 20 times a day,” she further added. 

On the work front, Riddhima Kapoor’s Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives stars Maheep Kapoor, Seema Sajdeh, Bhavana Panday, and Neelam. The show started streaming on Netflix on October 18, 2024. 

On the other hand, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Jigra. The movie also stars Vedang Raina, Aditya Nanda, Rahul Ravindran, Jason Shah, Manoj Pahwa and Harssh A Singh in prominent roles. The film was released in theatres on October 11, 2024.
