Neetu revealed an intriguing aspect about her late husband, actor Rishi Kapoor. The actress, accompanied by Zeenat Aman, fondly reminisced about the days when she and Rishi were in the early stages of their relationship. 

Neetu Kapoor shared with Karan Johar that Rishi, as her boyfriend, was a rather 'strict' boyfriend who didn't permit her to indulge in excessive partying. The revelation offered a glimpse into the dynamics of their relationship during those earlier days.

'I never partied-partied': Neetu Kapoor

“We had a fabulous time, especially with Yash ji (Chopra). We would party in the night, play antakshari, play dumb charades. So, that was like one picnic. That was really-really fun. But I had this Rishi Kapoor as my boyfriend. So, I never partied-partied. Because he was always like, yeh nahi karna, woh nahi karna, ghar aajao. So, I’ve never seen that wild side of partying in those days,” said the Jug Jugg Jeeyo actor.

She further added, “I was committed and I had a very strict mother and a very strict boyfriend. So, I was torn between both of them.”

Following her marriage, Neetu decided to step away from the world of acting. The couple's union blessed them with two children, a daughter named Riddhima and a son named Ranbir Kapoor.
