Saif Ali Khan Attack: The shocking attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has left fans and the film industry in distress. On January 16, Saif was stabbed multiple times, including in his neck and shoulder, at his Bandra West apartment around 2:30 am. The incident sent shockwaves across the country, with his family and fans anxiously awaiting updates on his condition.
For the first time since the attack, Saif’s sister, actress Soha Ali Khan, has spoken about his recovery. During a recent event, Soha reassured fans, saying, “We are very, very happy that he is recovering well. We feel blessed and grateful that it wasn’t any worse. Thank you for all your wishes.”
Saif underwent a five-hour surgery at Lilavati Hospital, where doctors removed a 2.5-inch blade fragment from his spine. He is reportedly making steady progress and his transfer from the ICU to a special room has brought some relief to his family and fans.

The film fraternity has rallied around Saif during this difficult time. Priyanka Chopra and Raveena Tandon have sent their heartfelt wishes for his recovery, while Saif’s wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, requested privacy for the family. “We are still processing what happened. Constant speculation only adds to the emotional strain,” Kareena shared on social media.
Meanwhile, the attacker, identified as Shehzad, has been remanded to five days of police custody. Reports suggest he confessed to the crime, stating, “Ha maine hi kiya” (Yes, I did it). The motive behind the attack is still under investigation, with authorities probing possible links to an international conspiracy. Fans of Saif Ali Khan continue to show unwavering support, flooding social media with messages of love and prayers for his recovery.
