Saif Ali Khan stabbed: A bizarre incident occurred at the residence of actor Saif Ali Khan, where an unidentified individual gained entry and got into an altercation with the maid late at night. When Saif Ali Khan attempted to intervene and calm the situation, the intruder allegedly turned on him, causing injuries. The authorities are currently investigating the matter.

Saif Ali Khan’s team issued a statement, noting, “There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence. He is currently in hospital undergoing surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient. It is a police matter. We will keep you updated on the situation.”

Actor sustained six stab wounds 

Saif Ali Khan was immediately taken to the hospital where he underwent treatment in the operation theatre. He reportedly sustained six stab wounds, with one of the injuries located near his spine, requiring immediate medical attention.

Dr. Niraj Uttamani, COO of Lilavati Hospital, confirmed that Saif Ali Khan was stabbed at his Bandra home and admitted at 3:30 am. Saif sustained six stab wounds, with two deep injuries, one near the spine.

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s team issues statement

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s team issued a statement, reading, “There was an attempted burglary in Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's residence last night. Saif had an injury on his arm which is in the hospital, undergoing a procedure. The rest of the family is doing fine. Saif was trying to protect a househelp from burglar who entered Jeh’s room

Reports have now emerged that Saif Ali Khan's stabbing incident at his Mumbai residence was not a direct attack on the actor, but rather an attempt to protect one of his employees who was being assaulted. According to sources, the incident occurred at around 2 am on Thursday, when Ariyama Philip, also known as Lima, a female employee of Khan, was brutally attacked inside the room of the actor's younger son, Jeh. In a heroic bid to safeguard his employee, Saif intervened, resulting in him being stabbed with a knife. The incident has sent shockwaves through the film industry and beyond, with fans and well-wishers expressing their concern and support for the actor and his family.

Saif Ali Khan is in stable condition after surgery

Saif Ali Khan has successfully undergone surgery post the stabbing incident at his Mumbai home.  Following the procedure, he is currently in the recovery phase, where his progress is being closely monitored by the medical team. The actor’s team confirmed that all family members are safe and unharmed. The team has released an official statement stating that the actor is doing well now and is on the road to recovery.

The team stated, “Saif Ali Khan has come out of surgery and is out of danger. He is currently in recovery and the doctors are monitoring his progress. All family members are safe and the police are investigating the incident. We would like to thank Dr. Niraj Uttamani, Dr. Nitin Dange, Dr Leena Jain and the team at Lilavati hospital.
