Talking about working with Prithviraj and Prabhas in 'Salaar', Prashanth Neel said that he had an amazing experience. He said, "Having such a superstar like Prithviraj in the film is an absolute pleasure. We couldn't have had a better Vardharaja Mannaar. The way he played such an enormous character in the film justifies his magnificent presence with his brilliant performance."
He added, "The drama is surely going to be insane having him in the movie. Being a superstar in the Malayalam industry he has a huge fan base who will be truly mesmerized to see him playing such a huge character on the screen. It was an amazing experience to direct two great actors like Prithviraj and Prabhas together in the film."
It was earlier reported that the distribution rights of 'Salaar' have been sold for a huge price due to the film's huge demand. According to a report by OTTplay, Allu Aravind has sought the distribution rights of the Telugu version of 'Salaar'. The reports further suggest that the figure demanded by the makers of 'Salaar' is around Rs. 200 crores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alone.
Prabhas will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam and will clash with Shah Rukh Khan's film 'Dunki'. Apart from Prabhas and Prithviraj, the movie also stars Shruti Haasan.
