Salaar Re-release Box Office Collection Day 1: Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer Telugu action drama Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire hit the big screens on March 21 over a year after its initial release. The film was initially released in theatres in December 2023. At that time, the movie had a box office collection of Rs 406.45 crore in India and Rs 617.75 crore worldwide. After a blockbuster box office history back in 2023, Salaar impressed the viewers this time too. The Telugu film opened on a strong note at the ticket windows despite releasing in limited screens.

As per several reports, Salaar grossed Rs 3.24 crore on opening day. This marks an impressive mark for the movie. During its initial release in 2023, Salaar opened at the box office with a whopping amount of Rs 90.7 crore. The movie was then released in several languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages.
Fans, who watched the movie in big screens, shared some glimpses in theatres while showcasing their excitement on X. A user said, “Define Goosebumps?? The story is about Deva and Varadha’s complex bond, which is the intriguing part of the plot. Their friendship and rivalry unfold against a backdrop of political issues and power struggles in their small village. The movie features Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sriya Reddy, Shruti Haasan, Harsh Roshan, Ramachandra Raju, Easwari Rao and Bobby Simha in key roles. The film has been directed by Prashanth Neel.
