Salman Khan Caught Smoking While Hosting 'Bigg Boss OTT 2': During the latest episode of 'Bigg Boss OTT 2 Weekend Ka Vaar', Salman Khan was seen holding a cigarette. The actor returned to the sets on Saturday night to stay updated with the week's happenings in the 'Bigg Boss' house and guide the contestants for elimination. Dressed in a fading blue shirt and pants, Salman engaged in conversation with the housemates.
As Salman Khan interacted with the contestants, a sharp-eyed viewer noticed him holding a cigarette. The image quickly circulated on Reddit, sparking reactions from fans. Some fans pointed out the perceived hypocrisy of Salman smoking during the episode, considering his recent admonishment of Akanksha Puri and Jad Hadid for their display of affection on the show, citing "upbringing, familial values, and culture."

One Reddit user expressed their perception of Salman Khan, stating, "We know he's a hypocrite but if you are lecturing others atleast act better in front of them." Another added, "Then he gives lectures on morality to the contestants." A third highlighted the difference between the show being aired on OTT and national television, suggesting that there might not be a legal issue. However, they also criticised Salman for his perceived hypocrisy, noting his contradictory actions while lecturing contestants on culture and other matters.

In case you missed it, Salman Khan reprimanded Akanksha Puri for her involvement in a kissing controversy with Jad Hadid. When she mentioned that she had previously engaged in kissing scenes in a web series, Salman strongly responded by emphasising that ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ is not a scripted show.
Salman Khan expressed his views on the matter by stating, " Ye show hai personalities ka aur aap dono ne apni real personalities dikha di. Ye scripted nahi hai. Toh ye aap dono ne jo kia hai ye aap dono ne apni marzi se kiya hai (this show is about personalities, and both of you have shown your real personalities. It is not scripted. So, whatever you both have done, you have done it willingly)."
In reference to Jad's behaviour towards the women in the house, Salman insinuated, "Toh aap logo ne Jad ko Ko kya impression diya hai (so what impression have you given Jad)? Can't you see that the women in the house are very comfortable with Jad? So, if everyone is okay with that, iske dimag mein yahi chalega ki ye content main bahar kar chuka hu toh yaha par bhi same (he will think that he has done such content outside as well, so it's the same here). If you want to do all this, go somewhere else and do it. Don't mess with my work."
“Aap sabko aisa lagta hai ki ye week ka highlight tha. Parvarish, parivaar, morality, kya woh task apne sabhyata ko leke tha (You all think this was the highlight of the week. Was it according to our upbringing, familial values and culture)?" he had said in last week’s episode.
