Sankranthiki Vasthunam Box Office Collection Day 15: Sankranthiki Vasthunam, a family entertainer starring Venkatesh Daggubati, is doing well at the box office following its Sankranti release. With domestic box office receipts surpassing Rs 160 crore within 15 days of its release, the Telugu movie has been the year's first clean hit.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam, also starring Meenakshi Chaudhary and Aishwarya Rajesh, was released on January 14. Its Telugu-only restricted distribution made its box office triumph all the more remarkable. Despite competition from Nandamuri Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj and Ram Charan's Game Changer, the film, which did not follow the pan-Indian trend, has done incredibly well in the Telugu states.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam had an overall 16.75% Telugu occupancy on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam Box Office Report

The Venkatesh-starring movie's total revenue, including taxes, is 188.3 crores. In terms of overseas revenue, the film brought in an astounding 32.20 crores. Sankranthiki Vasthunam's global collection is currently valued at 220.5 crores. The movie is progressively approaching 250 crores, and based on the collection's consistent rising trend, this milestone may be reached shortly. Additionally, it is receiving positive feedback from both the general public and critics.

The Telugu family entertainer, which stars Venkatesh, was made on a 50 crore budget. Sankranthiki Vasthunam is 5.3 crores short of surpassing the earnings of the Teja Sajja-starring HanuMan, which was the most profitable movie of 2024, with its current India net collection of 162.20 crores.

Meanwhile, Sankranthiki Vasthunam was initially scheduled to launch digitally during the second week of February 2025. However, producer Dil Raju is allegedly trying to postpone the OTT release in order to take advantage of the movie's continued success in theaters.
