Actress Sara Ali Khan frequently regularly posts photos and videos on social media to keep her fans informed about her day-to-day activities. On Wednesday, she uploaded a boomerang on Instagram which shows her enjoying a ride on the Mumbai Metro. It seems that the actress is gearing up for her upcoming movie, Metro In Dino, as she tagged her co-star Aditya Roy Kapur and director Anurag Basu in the post.
The video clip shows Sara Ali Khan sitting in a crowded Mumbai Metro, waving at the camera. She wore a white and pink traditional suit, which she accessorised with matching bag and glasses. The background music in the video was In Dino from the 2007 movie Life In A...Metro, which is also the name of Sara's upcoming film. In the caption, she expressed her surprise at riding the Mumbai Metro before her co-star and director, tagging them both in the post. She also added the hashtag "#MumbaiMeriJaan."

Sara Ali Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur revealed in January that their film, which will be their first project together, is scheduled to release on December 23 this year. The cast of the film also includes renowned actors such as Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, and Konkona Sensharma. Recently, a source disclosed that Sara has already started prepping for the movie, as it is a new genre for her. She wants to ensure that she is fully prepared before filming starts.
In addition to Metro In Dino, Sara has an untitled film by Laxman Utekar, in which she will star alongside Vicky Kaushal and Homi Adajania's Murder Mubarak and Ae Watan Mere Watan, in her kitty. She was last seen in Gaslight opposite Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh.
Sara recently wrapped up the shoot for Murder Mubarak. The film also stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vijay Varma and Karisma Kapoor in important roles. Sanjay Kapoor also shared the pictures from their intimate wrap-up party of on Instagram.
Sharing the pictures, Kapoor wrote, "Murder Mubarak, It’s a Wrap, Great team, Had a Blast, Going to miss everyone, Missed @pankajtripathi and Dimple at the wrap party."

Earlier, Sara was in Delhi to shoot for the film and had posted stunning pictures from the sets. Amid her busy shooting schedule, she also took the time out to visit Indian Gate and Gurudwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi.

Earlier this month, she had also rubbished the rumours of being offered Aashiqui 3. "I haven't been offered Aashiqui 3 as yet but I would love to. If I am offered the film then yes, sure," she told Connect FM.
