Shah Rukh Khan condemned the recent Pahalgam terror attack and conveyed his 'sadness and anger.' He referred to it as the 'treachery and inhumane act of violence' in a post he shared on social media. The Bollywood superstar joined other actors and prominent politicians in expressing their shock at the incident.

Shah Rukh Khan posted a message on his X (previously Twitter) just hours after terrorists killed 26 civilians, turning the Kashmir valley scarlet. The actor encouraged people to stand together during times of hardship.

Shah Rukh Khan wrote, "Words fail to express the sadness and anger at the treachery and inhumane act of violence that has occurred in Pahalgam. In times like these, one can only turn to God and say a prayer for the families that suffered and express my deepest condolences. May we as a Nation, stand united, strong and get justice against this heinous act (sic)."

Shah Rukh Khan Reacts To Pahalgam Terror Attack:

Shah Rukh Khan's words were in line with those of many other Bollywood stars who have condemned the Pahalgam terror attack. Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif were among the celebrities also called for justice for the families who lost loved ones.

Terrorists opened fire at Baisaran, a well-known meadow close to the tourist town of Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, at approximately 3 PM on Tuesday, killing 26. Reports state that terrorists fired on civilians, many of whom were travelling with their families, after descending from the nearby mountains. An Intelligence Bureau employee and an Indian Navy commander were also killed in the attack.
