According to media reports, Ajay Devgan has demanded a substantial fee for his role in the movie. Reports suggest that the actor's fee could be as high as Rs 25 crore. However, the filmmakers have not officially confirmed this information, leaving it unverified for now.
R Madhavan, who will be seen in the role of devil in Shaitaan, has reportedly earned a sum of Rs 10 crore for his role, which is lower than what Ajay Devgan received. On the other hand, actress Jyotika has been said to have received a fee of Rs 5 crore for her part in the project.

In this movie, Janaki Bodiwala portrays the character of Ajay Devgan's daughter, who becomes the sole target of black magic. Janaki's remuneration for her role in the film is reportedly between Rs 2 to 3 crore.
Presented by Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and Panorama Studios, the film is a collaborative effort between Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak.
