Tu Yaa Main director Bejoy Nambiar shared clarification on his position in response to these accusations. He voiced his displeasure with the current debate in an interview with the Mid Day. Since it's the first time I am adapting another film, I made it a point not to watch the original," he said.
Tu Yaa Main provides a more confined setting, which is further enhanced by the background score. It will clash with Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri’s O Romeo on February 13, 2026, in theatres.
