The entrepreneurial show Shark Tank India 2 has seen many interesting pitches and ideas in the past few weeks. Recently, the makers released a special promo of the show, introducing the viewers to a new shark, Vikas D Nahar.
With the success of Shark Tank India, a digital-only episode has also been launched named Gateway to Shark Tank India 2. The show will soon stream on SonyLiv and will feature Vikas Nahar as one the sharks.

In the video, Vikas Nahar said that he always listens to his heart, adding that the special episode will inspire more people to never stop trying, as there’s always a chance lurking at the corner.
Here are 5 things you should know about Vikas D Nahar:
1. Vikas D Nahar belongs to a farming family that grew pepper and coffee, which gave him a predisposition to entrepreneurship.
2. The entrepreneur completed his graduation in Bachelor of Science in Computer Application from Bangalore University and started working for the Jain Group. He then completed his MBA and joined Satvikk Speciality Foods as Managing Director.
3. Vikas Nahar established Happilo in 2016 which provides customers with healthy snacks including 40 varieties of dry fruits, 100 varieties of chocolates, and 60 varieties of spices.
4. Reports indicate that Vikas began his business with an initial capital of just Rs 10,000 and only two team members. The firm is now worth a revenue run-rate of Rs 500 crore.
5. Happilo has stores across the country and also holds a strong e-commerce presence.
