Sonakshi Sinha-Zaheer Iqbal’s Love Story Timeline; How This Bollywood Couple Met?

Bollywood star Sonakshi Sinha and her rumoured beau Zaheer Iqbal are making headlines for their marriage on 23rd June. The diva reportedly first met the actor at Salman Khan’s party. The duo fell in love soon after their first interaction. For the unversed, Sonakshi made her debut with Salman in the 2010 movie Dabangg whereas Zaheer made his debut in the 2019 Bollywood film Notebook with Salman Khan’s production.  

Earlier, the actress was seen flaunting a diamond finger which sparked the rumours of her engagement with Zaheer. At that time, it was reported that she had found love in Zaheer and it was not a promotional campaign for her beauty brand. However, they have never openly talked about their relationship or made any public statement about each other. As per a recent report by India Today, the couple is getting hitched on 23rd June in a private ceremony.

The rumoured couple made their first public appearance in Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma, and brother-in-law actor Aayush Sharma's Eid bash in 2023. Sonakshi and Zaheer were also seen at Huma Qureshi's birthday party in 2023. They were also spotted at Sonakshi’s Heeramandi co-star Sharmin Sehgal's wedding reception. 

On Sonakshi’s birthday on 2nd June, Zaheer Iqbal shared some beautiful pictures of them on Instagram. He captioned the post, “Happy Birthday Sonzzz.” Several celebrities like Sangeeta Bijlani, Purva Rana, Sangay Tsheltrim, Namashi Chakraborty, Raghavendra Mahat, Warda Khan S Nadiadwala and Siddharth shared their love and good wishes in the post.
