South Movies On OTT November Second Half: The year 2024 is shaping up to be a remarkable year for South Indian cinema, with a plethora of highly anticipated films slated for release. Cinema enthusiasts are in for a treat as these movies are set to captivate the audience on popular OTT platforms in the second half of November 2024. The likes of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, SonyLIV, and Disney+ Hotstar will play host to several of these eagerly awaited films, including Kishkindha Kaandam, Lucky Baskhar and more.

Kishkindha Kaandam
Kishkindha Kaandam, a gripping 2024 Malayalam mystery thriller, is directed by Dinjith Ayyathan and penned by Bahul Ramesh. The film boasts an impressive cast, including Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, and Vijayaraghavan. Set in the lush Kallepathi reserve forest, inhabited by monkeys, the story revolves around Appu Pillai, a former military officer, and his son Ajay Chandran, a dedicated forest officer, as they navigate the intricate web of secrets and suspense that unfolds in their isolated yet captivating surroundings.
Kishkindha Kaandam is all set to stream on Disney+Hotstar on November 19, 2024.
Devara Part 1: Hindi
Devara: Part 1 is a 2024 Telugu action drama film directed by Koratala Siva. Starring NTR Jr. in dual roles, alongside Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in their Telugu debuts, the film revolves around Devara, a coastal village chieftain, and his bloody feud with Bhaira over arms smuggling, sparking a larger power struggle.
Devara is streaming in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam on Netflix. The movie will stream in Hindi language on Netflix from November 22, 2024.
Lucky Baskhar
Lucky Baskhar is a 2024 Telugu period crime drama film directed by Venky Atluri. Produced by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinema, and Srikara Studios, the film stars Dulquer Salmaan as the enigmatic titular banker and Meenakshi Chaudhary. Set in the 1980s, the story unravels the mystery behind Lucky Baskhar's sudden wealth.
Lucky Baskhar will be streaming on Netflix from November 30, 2024, according to 123Telugu.com.
Amaran
Amaran, a 2024 Tamil biographical war film, is directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and Sony Pictures Films India. Sivakarthikeyan stars as Major Mukund Varadarajan, alongside Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, and Rahul Bose. Based on Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh's book "India's Most Fearless," the film tells the story of Mukund's life through his wife Indhu Rebecca Varghese's perspective, as she travels to New Delhi to accept his posthumous Ashoka Chakra award.
There is no official confirmation about Amaran’s OTT release so far, but it will reportedly be available for digital streaming in November 2024.
Bagheera
Netflix has made history by acquiring the streaming rights to Bagheera, marking the first Kannada-language film to be available on the platform in its original language. This milestone follows Netflix's previous releases of Hindi-dubbed Kannada hits like KGF and Kantara, solidifying Bagheera's significance for Kannada cinema's global recognition.
Bagheera will reportedly stream on Netflix in November 2024.
