Squid Game: The Challenge, the top Netflix reality show based on the 2021 Emmy-award-winning South Korean drama ‘Squid Game’ is gearing up for its finale episode. Squid Game became one of the biggest hits on Netflix when it was released and thus, when news of a real-life version of the show surfaced, fans were both excited and apprehensive about how it would play out in reality.

Squid Game: The Challenge Release Date
The tenth and finale episode will be available for streaming on December 06 on Netflix. In India, it will be released on December 7. It will reveal the winner of the hit game show from the three remaining contestants, Sam, Mai, and Phill. The winner will take home $4.56 million in prize money.
About Squid Game: The Challenge
The show which premiered on November 22 released its first five episodes on the same day followed by the remaining episodes on November 29, 2023.

In the game show, 456 contestants battled it out for a chance to win a big $4.56 million prize. As the show progressed, the focus shifted to a specific group while the rest were eliminated. The remaining contestants are Sam (Player 016, a 37-year-old, Florida-based artist), Mai (Player 287, a 55-year-old immigration adjudicator), and Phill (Player 451, a Hawaii-based scuba instructor).
Netflix announced the cast for the second season of the 2021 KDrama and the release date is yet to be announced. Fans eagerly await the release of the finale episode of the reality show and also updates about the second season of the hit drama series.
