When is Stranger Things 5 Expected To Release?
At the SCAD TVfest panel in Atlanta, Matt Duffer revealed that Stranger Things Season 5 will indeed premiere this year, but cautioned that the release is still a ways off, stating "We are still a long way" from the final rollout.
Matt Duffer said, “I mean we will see. I will say, it is coming this year. We are definitely coming out this year. We are still a long way, I don’t know why people are applauding. I feel like they are like ‘You made it in three years.’ But yeah, thank you.”
Based on the Duffer Brothers' comments, it appears that Stranger Things Season 5 is likely to arrive in late 2025, which aligns with recent reports and rumors surrounding the show's release timeline.
A rumoured release date for Stranger Things Season 5 surfaced online in late January, suggesting a November 27 premiere on Netflix, which would position the show as the streamer's major holiday release ahead of the American Thanksgiving weekend.
