This unexpected reference sparked a flurry of reactions from fans on social media.

Fans quickly noticed that Bhatnagar, who had previously shared a cover of the group's track JJAM on Instagram, is a big fan of Stray Kids. Her enthusiasm for the Kpop group made the inclusion of Chk Chk Boom even more intriguing.
Reactions from fans were filled with humour and surprise. One fan tweeted, "The way she just gets into the room and starts dancing?? Plus the bg music?" Another added, "I have lived long enough to see a Kpop choreography in Anupamaa :)." Many others expressed their astonishment at the crossover, with comments like, "I was shocked to see 'Chk Chk Boom' in some Indian serial" and "Never in my life could I imagine an Anupamaa and Stray Kids correlation; this is wild."
