Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 3: 'Stree 2' has finally been released in theatres after creating much excitement among the audience. The movie has already been receiving an amazing response from the audience and is on its way to becoming one of the most successful movies of 2024. Its first part focuses on a witch called Stree, who hunts men at night, whereas, the second part introduces a new villain called Sarkata, which means headless. Take a look at the box office collection of Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-starrer horror comedy movies.

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 3:

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, 'Stree 2' collected Rs 45.70 crore on day 3 (Saturday). Its total collection now stands at Rs 145.80 crore. 

According to the website Sacnilk, 'Stree 2' collected Rs 44 crore on day 3 as per early estimates. The movie earned Rs 31.4 crore on day 2 and its total collection now stands at Rs 135.7 crore approximately.

In an interview with the Lallanto, Shraddha revealed that she gets scared by her own character in 'Stree 2'. She said, "In my recently released movie when something happens to my character's face, I get terrified. I would watch myself on the big screen with ear and face half covered."

She added, "I do not watch horror films but do horror comedies like Stree 2. If I ever get a really good script I would love to be a part of that film."

While speaking to Film Companion, Rajkummar Rao talked about 'Stree 2' and said, "Same world, same people. It's bigger for sure, same duniya, kuch nahi badla hai, (nothing has changed) I think jo soul this uss film ki vo isme bhi hai.” (the soul remains the same as Stree)

The movie also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana. Tamannaah Bhatia is the new addition to the movie. Akshay Kumar and Varun Dhawan made cameo appearances.
